I learned a valuable lesson this week… keep your eyes peeled for props in unusal places!

Like… the hospital gift shop…?!?!

Yep, I found this DARLING mushroom foot stool in the hospital gift shop!

This past friday, I became an auntie! Yay!!! My sister had her first baby, and while searching the gift shop for a last minute goodie for her… my eyes redirected to this cutie lil mushroom… which infact, was a foot stool!

For a whopping $14.95… I snatched it and immedialy called up on a friends son to test it out for me!!

Cool? YES. Unusual? YES. Unique? DEFINATLY!!!! That’s how I like my props!!!

So never understimate.. and keep those eyes peeled for your next cool find!

  7. super cute – i agree with caroline – is there any manufacturer info on it – made by , or a website? would love to be able to order one. . . . also thank you for the cute prop info for homegoods — i just found we have a store near me – and was able to scoop up one of those made in USA crates and a few other cute things.

  9. Oh wow – LOVE it – I’m taking a little visit to our Local Hosp. Gift shop this week – I doubt they will have it but its
    worth the “look see”

    Would you mind telling us what company makes this ?
    Or if there was a website listing on the tag or anything
    If it was manufactured or handmade ?
